Technical Errors: If a payment was made due to a technical error or payment gateway malfunction and the service was not initiated.

Wrong Service Purchase: If a user has accidentally purchased a service and informs us within 24 hours, provided the service has not yet commenced.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Cases
